WRCOG and the State of California partner to provide a FREE service designed to help Western Riverside County businesses trade their waste things that might otherwise end up as “trash.”
The service works like the classified ads in newspapers and helps people find markets or reusers for materials that they might otherwise discard. It also helps businesses and non-profits find free or inexpensive materials, products, and feedstocks. Ultimately, these exchanges of items that were once considered trash promotes, not only resource conservation, but a reduction in solid waste going to landfills.
Your materials will be marketed statewide in a quarterly magazine and will be posted on the Western RivMAX and CalMAX websites. This is a FREE service to all businesses, non-profits, and institutions. In addition, WRCOG will promote your materials at local Chamber Expos, Meetings, and Mixers.
